With the IntelliSpense™ the stepper is in the base unit - not in your hand - and the lightweight wand will neither cause operator fatigue, heat up, or cause a slow down of the point to point speed of your robotic application.

With the IntelliSpense™ there is no need to flush and fill chambers or valves after each use to gain a positive displacement advantage.

• Positive Displacement Valves average 1-2%
• Auger Valves average 2-3%
• Front Closing Valves average 5-6%
• Air Free Stepper Dispensers average 5-6%
• Air Syringe Dispensers can average 10-25% (depending on materials and usage, this is harder to quantify).

If you change materials in a syringe often (common to rework stations) or need precise shots on command, by volume, the IntelliSpense™ air free stepper driven system is easy to use and maintain, as a stand alone control unit or manipulated by an external box or with your own software. Stepper dispensing is excellent in medical, electronic and fiber optics, or wherever precision syringe dispensing of small to micro amounts of costly materials is necessary.

IDS can also package materials in syringes ranging from 3cc/ml to 30cc/ml. Ask your IDS representative for more information. Premixed/frozen packaging is available for micro shots of dual component materials with a shelf life over forty minutes.
