The
Programmable
UV Flood
Curing System is best when used in small
batch applications where strict control over the process is required. It
can also be used with our MotionCure UV
Conveyor System, although the conveyor is generally operated in
always on settings, with the Economy UV
Flood Heads.
The LCD display and digital keypad make programming of operations simple.
400-Watt metal halide lamp
(600 Watt is Optional) and parabolic reflector illuminate an 8 x 6 inch curing area with 100mW/cm2 UVA light (320–390nm)
are standard. Other light ranges are optional.
With the optional 600 watt power supply and bulbs, the ReadyMax system is capable of a
full 150mW/cm2.

auto shutter,
automatically reduces
lamp power by one half when the shutter is closed. This can reduce excessive
heat and therefore increase life of system components, without the need to power
down. Click

The unit is then ready to power back up instantly -
ready to go to Max Power. Four front panel LED's show: Lamp Ready, Standby Mode, Shutter Open and System
Alarm. Switch-mode power supply
maintains constant lamp power regardless of variations in AC line input or lamp
voltages.
