The smallest footprint of any spot cure
system in its class, the long-life mercury lamp
also features an easy to access elliptical reflector which can be separately replaced, and a
long-lasting light guide with filtered input.
Simple exposure time controls and foot pedal activation
make the unit easy and safe to use, especially in a
hands free operation. In the case of machine or robot mounts, the foot pedal
can be quickly removed and wired for external control.
The curing wand is a quality 1m x
5mm liquid filled guide. Extra lengths and bifurcated or multiple wands can be ordered
separately.
The Wide Range 90 to 265 VAC line input makes the
Economy Spot easy to use in any country, with
no wiring changes or voltage select switching required.
Timer Controlled Shutter
The unit features an accurate exposure timer and shutter.
From 1 to 99 seconds, the operator can use the convenient foot pedal to
commence controlled exposures. The timer can also be switched from timed to
manual for operator control of curing duration. A front panel hour meter tracks lamp age, allowing for
consistent lamp replacement scheduling.
