To feed any IDS valve,
choose from our dispensing syringes,
(to feed thin to medium materials in very small shots) our
single cartridges, (for
medium to thicker materials in smaller shots or beads) or for
large volume capacity, order one of our
reservoirs (for thin
to medium materials) or one of our
pail dispenser units, for
thicker materials.
The valve is opened and closed by
applying pressure to the air input port.
The valve may be operated between 30 and
95 PSI (5.9-6.6 bar).
Shot size and flow rate are controlled by the tip size, fluid
pressure and the duration that the valve is opened. On the
7050000,
shot sizes are
further fine tuned by
turning the
micrometer adjustment knob at the top of
the valve.
The Double Acting Positive
Displacement Valve is a plunger type positive displacement valve
that will dispense constant micro-volume shots of unfilled materials
such as silicone, RTV's, epoxy, paste, grease and many other
materials. Shot sizes may be fine tuned by turning the adjustment.
The valve is cycled by applying air pressure to the 10/32",
air-ports. The
7050000
stainless steel valve can dispense single shots
ranging as low as 0.0002cc/ml.
The 7053000 and the
7054000
increase the volume potential of the mini valves. See table below
for shot range.

of choice for the
Positive Displacement Mini-valve.
