Positive Displacement Metering Valves for thin to thick
materials and micro to small shots.
Designed for precision,
light weight design are suitable for
benchtop or
automatic applications. Shot sizes
are fine tuned by turning the
adjustment knob at the top. For a typical valve

The normal stroke adjust and micrometer can
achieve the same settings, but the Micrometer will display a numerical value
for the operator to
indicate how far open the valve is. This will allow the operator to develop
a QC procedure and periodically check the micrometer to verify it reads the
same setting so that they continue to get the same process results. Also if
there is more than one valve in line then it will be easy to calibrate all
valves to ensure they are set the same.
