Unless you are using a pre-filled dual cartridge system, dual component materials, generally speaking, are mixed in specific ratios in order to form the adhesive required for a certain bonding application and can be a fairly complicated dispensing task to undertake. It may take a lot of thought and careful planning. Please do not try to make these decisions without a lot of experience behind you or without consulting an expert in meter mix dispensing.

It is possible to work with dual component materials in three different ways:

Meter Mix and Dispense Systems,

If you are working with a two component material in volume and you want to dispense it from larger containers, click on the link above to gain more information about this alternative.

Pre-Packaged

Pre packaged kits can offer many distinct advantages over meter mix and dispense equipment under certain circumstances. Click on the link above for more information.

  • Dual Component Systems can be packaged in foil barrier kits, injection kits and dual cartridge kits.

  • Plastic kits that can be mixed together.

Premixed and Frozen Adhesives?

While this is prepackaging, it is a different type of approach. Click on the link above for more information.
