Servo Rotary Dispense Table
is perfect for Speaker Assembly.
Z-axis tilt is easily adjusted to
dispense either on a vertical wall within a cylindrical part or on an
outside wall. Available in either a single (shown
at left, with a valve) or in a dual
table model.
The system is programmable (through
built-in PLC) to control dispense delay,
rotation delay, degree of rotation and wait period before cycling.
The dual table (click on
picture, left, for larger image) is independent.

The system is easily configured for use with
a syringe or a valve or
a combination of one of each depending on need. Because each side
is independent, in the optional Dual Table Model, two completely different parts can be
loaded to make multi joining applications faster, or run the same parts to
increase throughput. The
two sides are individually programmable and configurable for syringe or
valve dispensing. Each side can run at any setting, leaving the operator
free to unload/load one side while the other is running. If the start button
for the side that is not running is pressed, it will begin to run after the
other side is finished, a semiautomatic mode to run at
higher speeds.
RotarySpense Flexible Rotary Dispense System are
PLC Controlled (built in) with a Rotary Device on the Base of
the Unit. The Servo Driven Motor provides Rotation and features a Control Adjustment for Rotation Speed
and Degree of Rotation. The unit also includes a Z-Axis Slide, a built in Valve Controller
for dispensing operation and gives you the option to connect any valve. In
the two table version, there are optional dual Motors on the base, optional Dual Valves on Z-Slide
and a fully Programmable Control System
