WinDispense Software

WinDispense Software is a Windows-based application which allows customers to program robots from a PC running Windows 98, ME, 2000, or XP.

It is an alternative to teaching the robot dispensing programs using the robot teaching box.

WinDispense Software was created for the 'normal' user who wishes a little more power and flexibility to program the robot from their PC. It is a standard, user-friendly, Windows-based application that allows program data to be downloaded from the robot to the PC and uploaded from the PC to the robot, thereby allowing an unlimited number of programs to be created and stored. WinDispense Software contains a .DXF file converter, which can also convert a DXF/CAD file into a robot dispensing program.
 

VisualCalc Dispenser Software

VisualCalc Dispenser Software is an integrated software program for all of our Desktop and SCARA Industrial Robots. It works like a 3D CAD software program with import and export features and the ability to create full functioning robot programs. VisualCalc Dispenser Software imports existing CAD drawings into project files - paths and waypoints are specified by using overlay features.

Paths are constructed by using standard graphical elements (lines, multi-lines (with embedded arcs), arcs or circles) to create graphical elements. Drawn paths and waypoints can be assigned to user defined task objects which can have free order. Task objects are automatically translated into robotic language. Alignments and offset values are calculated by using one or two reference points.

Using Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) methods and processes can be an effective way to reduce costs and raise flexibility. The idea is to use already existing graphical data of the work piece (CAD drawing) in order to create paths and waypoints for Desktop and SCARA Robots. Highest precision and minimum amount of programming time is the result.

Import functionality of already existing robot programs will make "Reverse Engineering" and visual documentation possible. Point types and coordinate information is automatically translated into 3D paths and can be easily transferred to project files for changing or later reference. VisualCalc Dispenser Software creates import files for the WinDispense Software 4.60E (or higher) software.

Please note: In order to transmit programs from or to your computer you MUST ORDER WinDispense Software 4.60E (or higher) software. This program will not function without it.
