UV Cure Acrylic Adhesive
A low viscosity UV acrylic
adhesive for fast cure,
low
viscosity and non-yellowing. Use
with automated or manual dispensing equipment. Cures
to 1/8" deep in less than 15 seconds.
Adheres to polycarbonate, PVC, tinned copper wire,
stainless steel, aluminum.

UV/Vis Cure Acrylic Adhesive
FasTac is an acrylic adhesive, with fast cures
and minimal shrinkage. Use
with automated or manual dispensing equipment. Thorough cure to 1/8"
in less than 30 seconds with our
UV lamp. Excellent adhesion to substrates such as
Polycarbonate, Styrene,
Acrylic, PVC, Steel,
Brass.
IDSUVA4101 FasTack
UV Cure Glass Acrylic Adhesive
A low viscosity acrylic adhesive, for fast cures
to glass and glass bearing substrates. Will not yellow
and low viscosity is good to
use with automated or manual dispensing equipment. Cure
to 1/8" in less than 30 seconds with a 15 mW/cm2 medium pressure Hg UV lamp.
Adheres to glass, paper, tinned copper wire, epoxy and phenolic.
In viscosities of 3400, 200, 50, and 18 cps
& formulated to any viscosity between 18 & 3400
cps.
IDSUVA4107 FasTac
Flexible UV Cure Adhesive
A flexible UV curing
adhesive/potting compound cures rapidly to a soft pliable rubber-like
elastomer with properties similar to silicone
elastomers. Adheres to nylon, ABS, glass, polystyrene,
steel, copper aluminum, etc.
Applications might
include wire tack adhesives, potting of delicate electronic subassemblies.
Also available in a (T) thixotropic version.
IDSUVA4109 UV
Dome
Acrylic Doming Compound
A
high viscosity UV cure doming compound for decals,
logos and standard decoupage applications. Easily
produce dome heads 0.03" to 0.06" above the substrate surface on most surfaces.
Will cure under medium pressure Hg UV lamps and show
no tackiness even when cured at low power.
