On our
Rotary Table,
single or dual, the
Z-axis tilt is adjusted to dispense vertically
within or on an outside wall. Fully
programmable built in PLC to control
dispense delay, rotation delay, degree of rotation and wait period
before cycling. Each side of dual table is independent, and
is set up for syringe, valve or combination depending on need. |

With the versatile
Cartesian Robot,
controller, harness and pneumatic lines are embedded in the robot,
there is no controller integration required, no harnesses to thread, and
no extra controller cabinet. This results in much less setup time and
a much smaller equipment footprint. |

The
Servo SCARA
is a highly rigid robot arm that uses a
proprietary bearing configuration coupled with a high-power AC servo
motor to achieve high speed and accuracy. The double shaft assembly
separates the R and X-axis movements from each other, which allows for
extremely stable CP movement, accuracy. |
