5101300 High Flow Dispense Valve With Snuff Back
The 5101300 is a spool style valve designed for applying medium to high viscosity fluids which contain aggressive fillers. A special carbide rod is used to resist wear and tear that a standard tool steel rod can not handle. Making this valve compatible for thermally conductive pastes and gap fillers or other applications with abrasive fillers that require the dispensing of dots, gasketing, filling or potting.
Achieves flow rates over 2x higher than our standard Front Closing Valves. Utilizes an Adjustable snuff back shutoff (Physical adjustment on the top of the valve which helps prevent the drooling of material after the valve closes) The Low maintenance design has a stainless steel fluid body and an interchangeable outlet – Luer or female 1/4" NPT thread for use with standard cartridge nozzles.
