Adapter Assemblies connect your syringe to the air output of the dispenser. Air is
fed into the syringe pushing the piston down the barrel, extruding material.
Syringes are held snugly in the adapter head, to prevent air
loss.
Order the size that corresponds to your syringe size; 30 and 55cc use same adapter.

| The Adapter
Assembly (shown above) consists of a clear
tubing with an adapter head on one end (which holds the syringe)
to an adapter tab on the other end which fits into the dispenser controller. The
adapter assembly that
connects the syringe to the controller delivers the air supply to
the piston inside the syringe. The piston pushes the material forward
and, using vacuum, pulls back to control dripping.
O-rings in the adapter head keep the syringe snug. They might be a little
stiff at first. They will loosen after a few syringes are placed in the
assembly. Replace when worn. |

Adapter Assemblies
fit most standard pneumatic (air powered) dispensers.
Each
Adapter Head
comes with a
unique tab which allows you to use both twist lock
and stab lock connectors. If your dispenser does not need the "twist lock" simply snip off the
Adapter Tabs and push into the
dispenser panel.
