Reusable Needles
feature nickel-plated brass hubs and stainless steel
shafts. 1/2", 1", 1.5" and 2" " lengths are standard. Custom
lengths, shapes, threads, angles and side cuts are available.
Each box of a dozen come with
secure "nests" that hold the needles in position, to guard against
bending or warping during shipping. The plastic box offers convenient storage
for your benchtop. |

Precision
Needles
are disposable needles
with color coded Luer lock plastic hubs for high precision
applications. Custom sizes & lengths can be custom ordered
in bulk quantities (bags of 1,000) or more.
For simple, single use
applications, disposable needles are also available in a
low-cost
Bulk
Disposable
Needle
(see below). Precision Needles are available in 1/4" ,
1/2" , 1" and 1.5" Lengths, Pack size 50.

Bulk
Disposable
Needles
are for general dispensing use. These are disposable,
non-precision blunt end dispensing needles, with stainless
steel shafts and polyethylene hubs. Available in bulk packages
only, for simple applications. Not usually recommended for
Robots. Available in 100 Piece Boxes to 1,000 piece bags,
1/2" , 1" , and 1 1/2" lengths. We are happy to quote longer
lengths and custom cuts. |

and 90° Bent Needles
for almost any
dispensing application when necessary to get into tight,
angled position. Double helical threaded Luer Lock plastic
hubs ensure a tight, leak-free fit on syringe. Not all
gauges are available bent because of excess crimping of small
gauge tubing. Special orders for extra gauges and lengths are

Aluminum
Needles
feature both hub and shaft in solid, leak proof aluminum.
Especially good for applications that require chemical resistance or
additional strength.

Crimped
Needles
these stainless steel blunt tips are precision cut to precise
lengths and ground to be burr free. The shaft is not epoxied,
as are most dispensing needles, they are crimped into an
aluminum locking insert and molded into polyethylene hubs.

Tapered
Tips
allow you to see where the fluid level is at
all times with safe, semi-transparent, non-scratching ease.
All-plastic construction and UV Blocking Agent for use with any material
including light sensitive adhesives. A smoother flow of materials,
decreased resistance and friction in the syringe and won't scratch
substrates. These tips are 1 1/4" in length and are rigid. For soft shafts,
use the more pliant
Teflon or

Flexible tubing for hard-to-reach spots, the flexible shafts are made from
thick, resilient polypropylene.
The hubs are a thicker and and more chemical resistant, polypropylene

Teflon
Tips
are ideal for very low viscosity liquids, like
Cyanoacrylates. They will not stick to the material and give a long
life, low cost alternative to metal needles with Teflon lined tubing
inserts.
