The IntelliSpense AMD possesses an
ergonomic wand design for comfortable operator use and
precise control in handheld applications.
Ideal for
thin materials, such as
Cyanoacrylates and other low to medium
viscosity fluids utilizing a
unique floating diaphragm design. This dispensing process utilizes only
one moving part and requires minimal maintenance. Fluctuating air
pressure from the
controller
and material pressure above and below the
diaphragm cause the disk to float up and down to
start and stop the dispense cycle. The wetted part is the
easy to replace diaphragm which allows material to pass through without
touching the metal chamber.
