| The
Manual Cartridge Dispensing Cap for Smaller Cartridges
(shown above) provides a leak-proof connection between the
air supply and our medium
duty cartridge retainers for an inexpensive alternative to syringe
dispensing when doing a large-shot operation by hand. A quick-connect
assembly, either with or without a shutoff, and air hose
assembly accommodate
various cartridges.
They can withstand up to 100 psi (6.9
bar) pressure, which makes them excellent for dispensing of many materials,
but best for medium to thick viscosities.
Use the cartridge cap and retainer
assembly as a hand held dispenser, by simply adding the retainer of
your choice to match the size cartridge you wish to use. Also, use as an automatic system,
by adding an untimed or a timed
dispenser controller, either
digital
or analog.

Order from the options to be able to use different
sized cartridges with your complete Stand Assembly, or for spare
parts. Remember that the Stand Assembly
Packages are complete and do not require additional parts, but if
you decide to change cartridge sizes, you
will need to order the new, correct sized retainers. All of our
retainers are interchangeable on this system with the sizes shown, but
will not accept 20 ounce or 1/10th
gallon cartridges.
They can be ordered by clicking here or going to their page - Larger
Stands.
We encourage spares when used as part of critical
production, to avoid critical down time. Accidents can happen and you
can avoid losses by exercising what may be a relatively small, but very
effective low-cost back up insurance. |
