Polyethylene Cartridge Nozzles
for dispensing in straight and bent nozzles.
Nozzles provide a wide range of
application capabilities. Tapered nozzles may be cut back to
increase opening. Nozzles have 1/4" NPT
threaded ends, which also accept SS Needle
Nozzles available in 1/4" NPT.
Each nozzle comes with a precut opening on the narrow end of the part
(the orifice) and it is either 1/8" or 1/16" with the exception of
8880061S, which has no
opening molded into it. The reason for the different openings is to
allow for different width beads. Some nozzles are molded into angles to
help facilitate dispensing into difficult to reach areas. See below for

The nozzles can also be "cut back" from the tip,
which will open them more, but if you want a wide or thick bead, consider
the pre-molded Spreader Nozzles, which will give you a beveled and finished
look. The molded shut tip on the 8880061S
is popular with users who are shipping or
transporting a filled cartridge and wish to leave the nozzle on instead of
using a tip cap. The length of
the nozzles (B) ranges from 2 to 4 inches, the width of all openings (A) is
1/4" and the hole in the tip (the orifice) measures from 1/32" to 1/8". All
nozzles are .44" in diameter.
