Thin Wall
Reusable Precision Tips
(see the picture,
below ) are
a variation of the Thin Wall tip that is priced for high volume users.
The Reusable is a simple
two part assembly that is
the ideal disposable tip
for robotic applications.
Complete Dimensions.
The replaceable drawn steel cores snap into the
copper conductive hub and just as easily snap out for quick changeover for
maintenance, cleaning or changing gauge sizes (as in damn and fill)
or other applications as needed. Advantages are limitless, for use in
dispensing on robots or in any filled material application, hand held or
robotic.
While it is excellent for
solder paste, filled materials of all kinds
and heated or cooled dispense processes, it
will further cut costs by allowing you to dispose of just the disposable
path core, where necessary. Because hub is
reusable, you will never pay high cost of a tooled part that
need not be thrown out.
With the simple
use of a reusable split
Luer Lok hub and disposable
cores (available in the same variety of gauges and machined exactly like
the complete unit) only the core needs to be
replaced or changes out for different gauges.
The hub, because the fluid path is never in contact with the material,
is reusable over and over again.
