The 30/55 cc/ml Syringe Adapter Assembly (shown left) consists of a clear tubing with an adapter head on one end (which holds the syringe) to an adapter tab on the other end which fits into the dispenser. The adapter assembly that connects the syringe to the controller delivers the air supply to the piston inside the syringe.
*Note: 30cc/ml and 55cc/ml use same adapter. Replacement O-Rings Available If Needed. EPR o-ring comes standard with adapter. Intended for use with Pneumatic Syringes (Air Powered) only!

The IntelliSpense™ Analog Timed Air Dispenser is economical, used in automatic or manual modes for timed air deposits, dots, beads or potting. Glue, RTV, Flux, Cyanoacrylate, resin, inks, oil dispensing and more. Timed air pushes fluid out in measured doses. Hook up the barrel adapter (included) and timed air is sent into the syringe to push the material out in measured doses. The unit is shown, left, with an optional Finger Switch.
Use with any voltage (Universal power supply is standard) with the correct plug. In Auto Mode, when a dispense cycle is activated, a second cycle can be started at any time. If a new cycle is started, the timer resets and continues through the full pre-programmed interval. |
