100407N ReadyMax Economy SunSpot curing system - Second Generation Timer Controlled Shutter The unit features an accurate exposure timer and shutter. From 1 to 99 seconds, the operator can use the convenient foot pedal to commence controlled exposures. The timer can also be switched from timed to manual for operator control of curing duration. Safety interlocks will automatically engage the shutter if the light guide is removed - but the Light guide lock prevents accidental pull-out. A front panel hour meter tracks lamp age, allowing for consistent lamp replacement scheduling. A front panel locking intensity control offers 35 to 100% combined power adjustment range. The front panel also includes the Lamp Ignited indicator (illuminates when the lamp is lit), and lamp ready LED which signals the start-up is complete and you are ready to work. The rear panel allows for PLC control. Universal Power Supply The Wide Range 90 to 265 VAC line input makes the Economy Spot easy to use in any country, with no wiring changes or voltage select switching required. The system’s switch mode power supply maintains constant lamp power regardless of variations in AC line input or lamp voltages. This regulation provides for stable 10W/cm2 UVA light output, repeatable curing times, and longer lamp life. |
