Or, if you are using a Formal Purchase Order, attach it to the form below. Be sure that you already have terms set up. If you want to request terms, we offer Net 30 on approved credit. Include your company credit information (3 references and accounts payable contact info) and we will review. That process can take 1-2 weeks. Please contact IDS directly if you have any questions.

Companies outside the US may send Purchase Orders that reflect pre-payment, and IDS will reply with an invoice that includes payment instructions. We require all companies outside the US to pre-pay.
