The 30/55 cc/ml Syringe Adapter Assembly (shown left) consists of a clear tubing with an adapter head on one end (which holds the syringe) to an adapter tab on the other end which fits into the dispenser. The adapter assembly that connects the syringe to the controller delivers the air supply to the piston inside the syringe.
*Note: 30cc/ml and 55cc/ml use same adapter. Replacement O-Rings Available If Needed. EPR o-ring comes standard with adapter. Intended for use with Pneumatic Syringes (Air Powered) only!

The IDS PedalSpense Foot Pedal Shot Metering unit (5100804) is suitable for all types of fluids and most shot sizes and has a rugged case and sure grip feet to keep the dispensing unit securely in place. From RTV silicones and Solder Paste to Cyanoacralytes and thin materials, Foot Pedal Shot Metering is first step up from manual syringe dispensing.
The IDS PedalSpense Foot Pedal Dispenser is for small to large shots or beads for operator assisted, by-eye deposits. There is no timer. The roomy opening and easy-push pedal apparatus makes it simple and ergonomically useful day in and day out. The rugged, high quality, low cost solution for "taking a step up" from manual dispensing and allows for hands free work. The PedalSpense comes standard with suck-back, keeping liquids from dripping. Work with your hands free - and make a smooth, even deposit, measured by eye. Use for dots or beads. The vacuum is controlled by the knob at rear of the unit. By turning the knob, you increase or decrease the amount of suck back. Be sure to depress the foot pedal fully. Even though the unit makes a hissing noise, shot will not be repeatable unless valve fully opens and closes. |
