Polyethylene Cartridge Nozzles
  • Polyethylene Cartridge Nozzles for dispensing in straight, spreader and bent nozzles. 
  • Nozzles provide a wide range of application capabilities. 
  • Tapered nozzles may be cut back to increase opening. 
  • Nozzles have 1/4" NPT threaded male end, standard 18 pitch threads.
  • Length is measured including the 1/4" NPT Thread
  • Accept SS Needle Nozzles available in 1/4" NPT adapter. 
  • Each nozzle comes with a pre-cut opening on the narrow end of the part (the orifice).
  • Openings are either 1/8" or 1/16" with the exception of special orders. 
  • Different openings allow for different width beads. 
  • Nozzles can be "cut back" from the tip to open them more.

Luer Lock Adapter (Syringe Tip)

Turn a full size cartridge into a reservoir with our variety of dispensing tips by converting the 1/4" opening on the cartridge into a Luer Lock fitting with APMF149 = 1/4" Male NPT x Male Luer Adapter. We have a variety of fittings to adapt cartridges that range from valve reservoir to a large capacity fluid reservoir for automation, drawing beads or potting in volume applications.
