Tapered Dispense Tips

Tapered Dispense Tips allow you to see where the fluid level is at all times with safe, semi-transparent, non-scratching ease. All-plastic construction for use with any material. Tapered tips provide a smoother flow of materials, decreased resistance and decreased friction in the syringe and won't scratch substrates.
Taper tip needles are rigid, high density Polypropylene (HDPP) and have an overall length of 1.25 inches, tip to tip. If your application requires soft shafts, use the more pliant PTFE Non-Stick Flexible Needle. All hubs are molded with double helical threads. These tips are used with most fluids and are especially good with filled materials of all kinds. Unlike Stainless Steel needles, they can be easily cut, to increase opening size for thicker beads or dots. Standard Luer Lock hubs twist securely on and off and prevent leaks. Luer Slip and Lock Syringes have standard Luer Nipples, which are 5/32“ OD and 1/8“ ID. |
