ReadyMax Programmable
The Exposure Time setting is used to adjust the length of time the shutter will remain open, to allow light to pass through to the substrate being cured. The time can be entered and displayed in either seconds or hours.
Intensity may be easily adjusted by entering a value between 35 to 100%, as well as adjusting the height of the shelf in the curing chamber - or completely removing the shelf and resting parts on the bottom of the unit.
The ReadyMax Programmable UV Flood Curing System is best when used in small batch applications where strict control over the process is required. It can also be used with our MotionCure UV Conveyor System. The system contains an integrated retractable shade type shutter, which allows for repeatable exposure timing and shields the user from UV rays. The system’s LCD display and digital keypad make programming and monitoring of curing operations a snap. The long-life arc lamp and parabolic reflector illuminate an 8 x 6” curing area with evenly distributed UV light. The arc lamp is powered by the state-of-the-art UV Power-Plus Lamp Driver.

- Typical Irradiance @ 4" height is 110 mW/cm2 for UVA. The system has a user adjustable intensity level (200W-600W). Time, intensity as well as all other settings can be password protected.
- Duration of curing is controlled by a 1 to 9999 second or hour exposure timer that actuates the shutter. Or use manual mode for use in long exposure applications.
