Syringe Adapters

The Adapter Assembly (shown left) consists of a clear 2mm ID, 4mm OD clear flexible PE tubing with an adapter head on one end (which holds the syringe) to an adapter tab on the other end which fits into the dispenser. The adapter assembly that connects the syringe to the controller delivers the air supply to the piston inside the syringe. 

​These adapters are intended for Pneumatic Syringes only! Manual syringes with a thumb plunger are usually not the same dimensions.

The piston pushes the material forward and, using vacuum, pulls back to control dripping. O-rings in the adapter head keep the syringe snug. Replace when worn. Order the size that corresponds to your syringe size; 30 and 55cc use same adapter.
Adapter Assemblies connect your syringe to the air output of the dispenser. Air is fed into the syringe pushing the piston down the barrel, extruding material. Syringes are held snugly in the adapter head, to prevent air loss. Adapters fit most standard pneumatic dispensers. Intended for twist lock and stab lock use. Replacement O-Rings sold separately. See below.

Adapter Assembly Tabs

Adapters fit most standard pneumatic dispensers. Each has a tab for twist lock and stab lock use. If you do not need the "twist lock" snip off Adapter Tabs on either side to create a stab lock fitting.
