The 5101293-HV Front Closing Valve is a versatile high volume dispensing valve for bead, dot, potting or encapsulation. A lightweight, compact design makes the 5101293-HV perfect for automated and handheld processes.This is an excellent all purpose, single material valve, used in a variety of applications, including beads, gaskets, shots large and small (using the micro version) potting and bonding. This valve is perfect for grease dispensing, lubricant dispensing valve, silicone dispensing. As always, be sure to check for material compatibility.

If the material is gritty, there is a carbide steel version available. The 5101293-HVC High Volume Front Closing Valve with Carbide Steel seats will last longer and not need to be re-seated as frequently as will a SS valve. Check with your formulator and make sure if Carbide is necessary.
The 5101293-HV Front Closing Valve has features including:
  • Stainless steel fluid body for superior material compatibility.
  • Divorced valve design prevents material contamination of the air body. 1/4” NPT fluid port allows for higher flow rates, adjustable flow control.
  • Reversible valve seat.
  • Spring-assisted valve closure for reliable cycle stops.

The 5101293-HV = Front Closing Dispense Valve, High Flow is intended to be used with any pressurized reservoir. Requires a valve controller that can provide air pressure to open and close. These valves are steel and are not suggested for use with CA (Cyanoacrylate) material. ​

The 5900011VC  Pneumatic Valve Controller is intended for use with most IDS valves. The "A" and "B" outlet ports are used to provide air pressure to the valve, cycling it opened and closed. Along with a valve you will also require a reservoir.
