Flexible Plastic Dispensing tips are manufactured with white polypropylene tubing and distinctive colored hubs. Best used in applications that might have a delicate substrate, requiring scratch-free application, or if you need to get into a tight spot with a slight bend.
The flexible shafts can be cut to back to a customized length or to remove hardened materials that have become difficult to use due to curing. Excellent when used with many adhesives including cyanoacrylates, anaerobics, or other quick curing adhesives, they are more flexible than PTFE but do not have the same facility of use as do non-stick tubing. If you are using a Cyanoacrylate, the PTFE Non-Stick needle with authentic non-stick wetted parts in the shaft are optimal. They do tend to be a little less flexible, but we recommend them highly for a specific CA application. 1" 14 Gauge Flexible Plastic tip shown, left.
