IDS offers a wide range of dispense valves. For semi automated desktop use through fully automated systems, feeding from a syringe or a 10 gallon reservoir or many sizes between, IDS allows you to tailor fit the fluid dispensing system to your production needs. IDS offers both manual and automatic diaphragm dispense valves, among others, for thin Cyanoacrylates, Flux, Oil, Ink, Paint, and Silicone.

​Choose from valves or syringes to feed auger vales for dispensing solder paste, filled epoxy, conductive epoxy, resin, or any other fluid. The first step to understanding your needs is to decide on the formulation. Once you have chose the material to dispense we then need an idea of the individual deposit size in volume, as well as what your throughput will dictate for total usage in a day or in a shift. The 5900011VC  Pneumatic Valve Controller is intended for use with most IDS valves. The "A" and "B" outlet ports are used to provide air pressure to the valve, cycling it opened and closed. Along with a valve you will also require a reservoir.
