Intellispense pneumatic syringe dispensers use time and pressure controls to deliver precise, repeatable deposits. Lay down dot shots or lay down lines of epoxy, adhesive, RTV, solder paste, flux, resin, ink, or oil without the inconsistency of manual squeeze bottles or thumb plungers. Anyone who has used a pneumatic syringe dispenser all day knows how easy it is to accidentally double tap the foot pedal trigger. That is why we offer a double tap protection feature on our Dual Gauge Dispenser. Intermittent dispense modes allow an operator to pre-program the time duration between shots: a 40 second setting on the intermittent feature will cycle the dispense every 40 seconds. This is a useful feature for a line, or if the operator wants to be free of the foot pedal or finger switch. The user will be using the foot pedal or the finger switch only to start or stop the program from running. These units allow production to flow more smoothly and reduce re-work, material waste and significantly cut down on maintenance down-time or quality control issues.
