Syringe volumes, shot sizes and trigger pulls;
When the trigger is pulled on the lntelliSpense Syringe Gun, the notched plunger will advance in relation to how far you pull before releasing. The ratcheting plunger handle will advance in incremental steps with easy ergonomic pulls on the built in trigger. Volumes are approximate and may vary with different fluids. Experimenting with your application will be the best measure! Each gun comes complete as shown, but we always recommend a spare plunger in case of accidental breakage or operator error. The plunger is heavy duty molded plastic, but accidents happen! If the gun is critical to production, it is inexpensive insurance. Syringe Guns come as shown left. Syringe Guns, Syringes, needles and tips are sold separately in boxes or in cost-saving bulk bags. Use a prepackaged syringe from your formulator or package them yourself.
IntelliSpense Needles and Tips work with all Luer Lock or Luer Slip Syringes. All Luer Slip and Luer Lock Syringes have 5/32“ OD and 1/8“ ID nipples. Syringe Guns come as shown above, without the second optional push rod, which is suggested, as are assorted needle and tip packages also available as an option (see IDS P/N list, below). |
