The Dispensing Robot and Pneumatic Syringe Dispenser package is available with a dispensing area of 7.87" x 7.87" (200MM x 200MM) x 1.96" (50MM) travel in height, or 11.81" x 11.81" (300MM X 300MM) and 3.93" (100MM) travel in the height or 15.74" x 15.74" (400MM x 400MM) and 3.93" (100MM) travel in height.
These packages Include the 5101284 Analog pneumatic syringe dispenser that works with 30cc or 55cc pneumatic syringes, the teach pendant, IO cable, and Syringe mount. Requires 1 regulated compressed air supply line, up to 100psi max, and 115V or 230V power supply to function. These benchtop industrial robots are ideal for automating a current dispensing application that is done by hand. With the various work areas offered almost every application can be fitted on one of the models in this series robot sizes. Valve based systems can be added for better accuracy and to work from large pressurized reservoirs. THERE IS NO PC SOFTWARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS SERIES. Programs are created using the teach pendant that is included. Point to Point or Continuous Path movements are easily stored in memory, as well as the basic path movements seen in the motion demonstration videos below. |
