The 6011102-PKGN = 5 gallon pail pump system is intended for higher viscosity fluids that can not be moved by our standard pressure pot reservoirs. The system as quoted here is intended for use with the pistol grip, but can easily be added to any robotic platform for a fully automated system. Intended to feed directly from a standard 5 gallon straight wall pail. This system includes the 20:1 ratio 5-Gallon Pail Pump Fluid Delivery System, feeding the 5101292-MIC Front Closing Valve mounted to the 7080000 Pneumatic Handle Assembly, a 7080000-ST = Stand to hold pistol grip mounted valves and the Air Regulator & Gauge, Stand for Air Regulator and Weighted base to connect to the pistol grip. Pulse-free fluid pressure to the valve allows the user to lay down smooth lines of material, using the pistol grip trigger to open and close the valve.

IDS pail pump kits come with all of the necessary hoses, fittings and connectors to get the job right and to get you up and running immediately. The systems are available in a range of pump ratios for material ranges medium to thick. If your material is very thin, we might recommend a standard pressure pot and a valve system.
