Benchtop and Floor Standing Pail Pumps
The 6661110-PKG Benchtop Extrusion System is intended for medium to high viscosity material, such as paste, silicone and grease - taking the material directly from a pre-filled 1 Quart (1kg) can or a 1 gallon (3kg) can. The system includes both follower plates, as well as the material line and spool valve and controller. The system is intended for use with the pistol grip, but can easily be added to any robotic platform for a fully automated system.

The 6011102-PKG 5 gallon pail pump system is a cart mounted low-pulse pump design that when used in conjunction with a fluid regulator, makes the system suitable for automatic production dispensing applications. These systems are best used for low to medium viscosity materials that require the material to remain free from contact with air. The system is intended for use with the pistol grip, but can easily be added to any robotic platform for a fully automated system.

The 6011104-PKG 5 gallon pail pump system is a cart mounted high-ratio, high-pressure 5 gallon system, intended for high viscosity materials like solder pastes, silicones and grease. The extruder pump body is fitted with a follower-plate that seals and follows the material as the level drops to wipe the sides of the pail clean, limiting waste. Intended for high viscosity. The system is intended for use with the pistol grip, but can easily be added to any robotic platform.

IDS extrusion pump kits come with all of the necessary hoses, fittings and connectors to get the job right and to get you up and running immediately. The systems are available in a range of pump ratios for material ranges medium to thick. If your material is very thin, we might recommend a standard pressure pot and a valve system.
